ParentSquare Help

Get Started With ParentSquare

Before you get started, make sure the school has the correct email and mobile number in Infinite Campus. This is how the initial invite will be sent. Then, download the ParentSquare app on iOS (iPhone) or Android and follow the steps below.

Getting Started Guide Part 1

ParentSquare Getting Started Guide Part 2

If you would like to see the entire Getting Started Guide/Parent Training, the image below is linked to a training presentation. Explore the slides and learn about this amazing platform. If you would like some additional training or information, you can explore the ParentSquare Help Resources or the additional training resources. The longer video in the below section (ParentSquare Tips) is a great resource to learn about ParentSquare.

Now that you are signed up, there are some important features that you should know. Everyone gets tired of countless emails, texts, and messages, but with ParentSquare, you can control almost all of the communications sent from your school. When you choose "Digest", you will only get one email at the end of the day with all of the relevant posts and messages for your student(s).
