Advisory Council Meeting

All meetings will be held in the Elementary Family Resource Center at 11:30 am.

What is a Family Resource Center?


The intent of the Center is to enhance student’s abilities to succeed in school by assisting children and families to meet needs that impact the education process.

Who can use the Family Resource Center?
Services are available for all children, pre-K through 12th grade, and their families.
What Services Does KAPS Family Resource Center Provide?
- We provide access to community resources
- Obtain needed health services for families
- Increase cooperative learning between parents, children and schools through parent involvement opportunities and programs that support academic achievement
- Promote summer learning, college and career exploration, kindergarten readiness
